16. FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Company is not liable for service failures due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters.
    • Power failures.
    • Internet disruptions.
    • Acts of government or war.

17. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
